EQi is a self-assessment that enables our clients to determine the degree of engagement they have with 16 specifically defined elements of emotional intelligence. It is a self-awareness tool and process requiring individual engagement and interpretation.

This tool is also a highly actionable personal, professional leadership and organization development tool, enabling individuals to understand the skills and competencies which empower them to express themselves, understand others, and relate in working together to overcome challenges.


360 Feedback

The 360 Feedback assessment tool is a way for individuals and teams to assess their performance from various perspectives:

  • Their own perspective
  • Leader’s perspective
  • Direct report’s perspective
  • Peer’s perspective

The self-assessment involves each individual selecting the perspectives they possess relative to their own self-perception. It is a holistic view of an individual’s effectiveness across multiple dimensions. The tool can be used individually or for a team to provide comprehensive insights and feedback on overall effectiveness… identifying key strengths and areas of opportunity for improvement.


MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator

The purpose of the MBTI personality inventory is to make C.G. Jung’s theory of psychological types understandable and applicable to business improvement. The tool identifies basic differences in the way individuals prefer to use their perceptions and judgment.

“Perception involves all the ways of becoming aware of things, people, happenings, or ideas. Judgment involves all the ways of coming to conclusions about what has been perceived. If people differ systematically in what they perceive and how they reach conclusions, then it is only reasonable for them to differ correspondingly in their interests, reactions, values, motivations and skills.”

Both the EQ and MBTI tools allow individuals, teams and leaders to better understand one another and the unique strengths, which each individual brings. Strengths can be more fully leveraged, greater alignment and cohesiveness can be accomplished and new insights can identify hidden gaps.

These tools help illuminate insights and self-awareness, allowing individuals and teams to better understand themselves, each other and appreciate other perspectives. They can create a roadmap for modifying behavior, resolving differences and leverage the power of cohesive relationships.



Executive Coaching gave me an opportunity to analyze each goal, to explore numerous possibilities and potential outcomes from both action and inaction.
